Kareff Rafisura is with Space Applications Section of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). Kareff has extensive experience in climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, and environmental sustainability at the community, national and regional contexts. She has worked for the United Nations over the past 15 years and has a graduate degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences with a focus on climate and society from Columbia University in New York.
