Paula is a contributing author from Barcelona with a MsC in Scientific, Medical and Environmental Communication from UPF in Barcelona, and a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology at UVic-UCC. Since 2016, she has been working in scientific communication, gaining extensive experience in writing about health, medicine, science, the environment, and R&D+i. She is currently working at BETA Technological Centre, a research organization focused on environmental technologies, circular bioeconomy, sustainable agriculture, and industrial decarbonization, while also contributing to a Swedish magazine, covering science news from the Nordic region.
