Siri Kanter is a writer interested in the intersections of environmental sustainability, human rights, and international policy. She currently works at The Sylvia Center, a New York-based nonprofit that empowers young people and families through culinary education. She graduated from the University of Southern California, where she developed a passion for food and agricultural policy. She believes that building more equitable food systems can drive social change and help address the climate crisis.
