Upamanyu Dutta is a postgraduate student in Environmental Policy at Sciences Po, Paris, where he focuses on the geopolitics and political economy of climate change. His research interests lie at the intersection of climate diplomacy, energy transitions, and the security–development nexus. He writes drawing on experiences in multilateral processes and policy-oriented projects with IDDRI, ICLEI South Asia, and UNICEF. A recipient of the Émile Boutmy Scholarship and former student journalist at the Youth and Leaders Summit, his work has appeared in Down To Earth.
