Mark Badiola is from the Philippines and he specialises in photographing marine animals, nature, landscapes, urban cities and human impacts. He first started photography to capture moments. Currently, he is working on a conservation project called the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary, which promotes the safety of life and property at sea, the preservation of the marine environment and its resources and the conduct of maritime search and rescue.
